Shipping to Remote Areas

Some remote suburbs and locations, especially in interstate areas such as WA, NT, and other regional parts of Australia, may have additional freight charges or may be undeliverable by our standard courier network.

 

Because Shopify does not allow us to accurately calculate freight costs by postcode for every location, some orders may require a manual freight quote.

 

If you are unsure whether your address is considered remote, please contact us before placing your order.

 

If you place an order and your address requires additional freight charges, we will contact you with the quote from the freight company. You can then choose to either go ahead with the order by paying the additional freight cost, or cancel the order for a full refund.
