Adjustable 0.1–12mm Slicing
The slicing thickness can be adjusted from approximately 0.1mm up to 12mm, allowing you to prepare thin slices or thicker cuts depending on your requirements.
The large 250mm blade and sliding food table make the machine suitable for preparing meat rolls, steaks, deli meats and other appropriate food products.
